Machnik Brothers has been my “go-to” seawall, concrete and site work contractor for the past 25 years. I first hired them in 1999 to replace a failed seawall that was threatening my property. Despite adverse, extreme winter weather, they completed the project both on budget and on time. I have used them repeatedly for demolition, sitework, etc. for my restaurant, business properties. Machnik recently finished a project for some property I purchased adjacent to my home. They did extensive repairs to the existing seawall and provided the site work and concrete construction of a raised slab for a cabana.
Machnik Brothers is a great and honest family-owned company and Tom Machnik, Todd, Pete & Pat are a great team to have working on your project. Everyone at Machnik Bros was a pleasure to work with.
We contracted with the Machnik Bros in the spring of 2018 to completely refurbish our Sea Wall. Tom Machnik met with our engineer early in the process to understand the scope of work involved. They communicated with each other throughout the build.
The Sea Wall construction met all the requirements of DEEP, Army Corp of Engineers, Town, and beach community’s environmental requirements. We were also given options on the interior finish of the Sea Wall from an Aesthetic standpoint.
Everyone at Machnik Bros was a pleasure to work with. We found the team to be knowledgeable and experienced. The project was on time, the site was left neat each day and safely secured.
